This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect about you during your use of our Services. "Services" refers collectively to our website www.robosen.com (the "Website"), our affiliated mobile applications (the "Apps"), and the Robosen Hub online community platform (the "Hub").

When we use the terms "Robosen," "we," or "us" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to the Robosen Technologies Ltd. and its associated entities.

2.1.1 Account information:

you need to provide your email address to create a Robosen account. Failure to provide account information may result in you being unable to use our Services. Additional information, such as your username, user ID token etc., may help us to provide you better overall experience.

2.1.2 Hub Community and Content Information:

When you use the Robosen Hub, you may create, upload, or share content such as robotic action sequences, audio, images, descriptions, and titles ("Hub Content"). Hub Content may contain personal information if you choose to include it. You may also provide information through community interactions, such as comments, likes, and your public profile information.

2.1.3 Device Connection Information:

To enable features like downloading actions to your robot, we may collect information about your connection to Robosen hardware devices, such as device identifiers, connection status, and firmware version. This information is necessary to provide the specific functionality you request.

2.1.4 Purchase Information:

When you place your order on the Services, you agree to provide us information such as your name, phone number, shipping address, and zip code to facilitate the transaction.

2.1.5 Usage Information:

In the process of using the Services, you may need to provide us with the following information: IP address, and time information of accessing the Services, website browsing history. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to provide you with corresponding services.

2.1.6 Information you provide in connection with surveys, feedback, or subscription:

your interests, preferences, advice, email address and other personal information provided by completing surveys, feedback, or when clicking to subscribe to our latest marketing news.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain information about your use of the Services through cookies, log files, and similar technologies. We use your personal information to fulfil our agreements with you and provide you with our services, we process your personal information as necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, such as:

• Providing the services to you, including providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of our Services;

• Operating and maintaining the Robosen Hub, including facilitating the creation, sharing, downloading, and global community interaction around Hub Content;

We use your personal information for various administrative purposes, such as:

• Pursuing our legitimate interests such as direct marketing, research and development (including marketing research), network and information security, and fraud prevention;

• Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity;

• Measuring interest and engagement in our Services;

• Improving, upgrading or enhancing our Services;

Robosen may share your personal information in the following ways:

5.1 Related companies

We may share personal information with the related companies to provide the services, operate our business, and enhance our services and your customer experience.

5.2 Service providers and third-party services

We may use or select third-party vendors to help us provide our services and operate our business. They provide a variety of services to us, including but not limited to customer service, payment processing, purchase service and data storage. When you initiate a connection with a third-party platform, website, or service through the Services, you agree that the third-party's policies and terms, and not Robosen's, govern your use of those third-party platforms, websites, and services. 5.3 Protection of Robosen and others

We may disclose the personal information we collect about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

(2) enforce our terms of use or sale, this Privacy Policy, or other contracts with you, including investigation of potential violations;

(3) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties;

(4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Robosen or others.

5.4 Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of services to another provider, your personal information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

5.5 Hub Community Visibility

Your public profile information and Hub Content that you choose to share on the Robosen Hub will be visible to other users of the Hub globally, in accordance with the platform's functionality. The Hub is designed as an international community for users outside the European Union and China.

6. Children's privacy

The Services is not directed to, nor intended to be operated by, children under 18 years of age (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children as users.

If you are a parent or guardian and wish to review personal information collected from your child, or have that personal information modified or deleted, you may contact us as described in "Robosen contact information" below. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child's account.

7. Security and retention of your personal information

7.1 Security of your personal information

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We use a variety of technical, physical, and organizational security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

When using a Robosen account, it is important that you select a strong password and do not share it with others. Alert us immediately if you have any concerns about unauthorized use of your account.

We regularly monitor our Services for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. If you have any concerns about the security of our Services, please contact us as detailed in the "Robosen contact information" section below so they may be addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.

7.2 Retention of your personal information

We retain personal information for different periods of time depending on the purposes for which we collect and use it, as described in this Privacy Policy. We will delete, anonymize or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed to fulfill these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with applicable laws. There may be technical or other operational reasons where we are unable to fully delete, anonymize or de-identify your personal information. Where this is the case, we will take reasonable measures to prevent further processing your personal information.

7.3 Storage and transfer of your personal information

The personal information that we collect from you will be stored on servers in various locations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and China, but may be transferred to and stored at/processed in other countries as necessary to provide our global Services.

For users in the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK, such as the United States where our primary international services are hosted. Any such transfers will be conducted in compliance with UK data protection laws, utilizing appropriate safeguards such as International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We provide you with the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Your legal rights to exercise such controls and choices vary based on the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Deletion of your personal information

• Transfer of your personal information to a third party

• Restriction or objection to certain uses of your personal information

If you have provided consent for us to use your personal information for a specific purpose, you may also request to withdraw that consent.

We may ask you to provide us with personal information necessary to reasonably verify your identity before responding to your request. We will consider all requests and provide our response within the time period required by applicable law. Please note, however, that certain personal information may be exempt from such requests.

You also have the choice to exercise the following controls regarding your personal information:

• Limit the personal information you provide to us. When you interact with us, you can choose to limit the personal information you provide. However, if you choose to do so, you may not be able to take advantage of many of our services, and we may not be able to fulfill your requests.

• Update or close your Robosen account. You can update your account sign in details and profile information by logging into your Robosen account. To close your account please contact us as detailed in the "Robosen contact information" section below. Please note, if you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to access any services where you sign in with that account and you may lose some features of your Robosen products and services that are connected to that account.

9. Additional information for certain jurisdictions

9.1 Information for United Kingdom residents

If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, your personal data is protected by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The rights and controls described in Section 8 (Your controls and choices) are afforded to you under these laws. Our data protection representative in the UK can be contacted at the UK postal address provided in Section 11 (Robosen contact information).

9.2 Information for California residents

If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with the following additional information about the purpose for which we use each category of "personal information" (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA")) we collect. For more information about each category and purpose of use, please see "The personal information we collect" and "How we use your personal information" sections above.

The CCPA sets forth certain obligations for businesses that "sell" personal information to third parties. Based on the definition of "sell" under the CCPA and under current regulatory guidance, we do not believe that we engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past 12 months from the effective date of this Policy. If we ever offer any financial incentives in exchange for your personal information, we will provide you with appropriate personal information about such incentives.

To exercise any rights you may have with respect to your personal information under California law, please see the "Your controls and choices" section above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9.3 Notice concerning Do Not Track

Do Not Track ("DNT") is a web browser setting that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. When you choose to turn on the DNT setting in your browser, your browser sends a special signal to websites, analytics companies, ad networks, plug in providers, and other web services you encounter while browsing to stop tracking your activity. Some web browsers offer users a "Do Not Track" privacy preference setting in the web browser.

9.4 California "Shine the Light" disclosure

The California "Shine the Light" law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to opt out of the sharing of certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, or in the alternative, that we provide a cost-free means for consumers to opt out of any such sharing. We do not currently share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

9.5 Information for Nevada residents

Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for "monetary consideration" (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) to a person for that person to license or sell such information to others. We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased goods or services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any future sales under Nevada law by contacting us as detailed in the "Robosen contact personal information" section below. Please note we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.

9.6 Information for other international users

We operate globally and may transfer, store, and/or process your personal information to or with related companies or other third parties such as trusted service providers and partners in locations around the world (including the United States) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Wherever your personal information is transferred, stored, or processed by us, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. These measures may include implementing Standard Contractual Clauses to govern the transfer of your personal information, or other means recognized by applicable laws.
